Christine Texeira’s work has appeared in Moss., The Conium Review, and Tin House‘s Open Bar.
She received her MFA in fiction from the University of Notre Dame in 2014. While there she taught Introduction to Creative Writing, and Introduction to Fiction Writing. She received her BA in English from Whitman College in 2010, where she participated in the Instant Play Festival, wrote a book column for The Pioneer and served as copy editor and prose editor on its two literary magazines, Quarterlife and bluemoon. A former research publications intern at the British Museum, Christine is well-versed with ancient Etruscans and byzantine weights.
She currently works at Hugo House, a nonprofit place for writers in Seattle.
